Shipping

Every Solstad order ships directly from our US-based supply partners, which keeps delivery fast and prices fair.

Processing & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Parcel items (red light panels, sauna blankets, dehumidifiers, portable plunge tubs) usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

Large items & freight

Sauna cabins, large plunge tubs, and commercial units ship by freight carrier and typically arrive in 1–3 weeks. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Freight delivery is curbside unless otherwise stated — the driver is not required to bring the item inside or assemble it. Please plan for help moving it, and make sure the delivery address can accommodate a freight truck.

Inspect before you sign

For any freight delivery, inspect the packaging and item before signing. If anything looks damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Then contact us within 48 hours — we'll take it from there.
